Maltese cross in green and white enamel with gold plated border, each of the arms of the cross finished with two ball finials, obverse center shows Lazarus praying to Jesus, surrounded by green enameled ring with the Latin motto ATAVIS ET ARMIS, reverse shows haloed Virgin Mary, on original green ribbon with pinback, mint condition.
